Secure Online Platform
All sessions are conducted through our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, ensuring your privacy and confidentiality. Our system is designed to provide a secure and comfortable environment for your virtual therapy sessions.
Payment and Insurance
We are an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans and require payment at the time of service. However, we will provide an invoice with the necessary information for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement if your plan covers out-of-network providers. Additionally, we recommend contacting your insurance company directly to verify your out-of-network benefits and understand their reimbursement process.
Please note that recovery coaching and group therapy are not generally billable to insurance.
