Hi, I’m Hanan Elshennawy, founder of Virtual Healing Collective. This practice was born from a simple vision: to make healing accessible and sacred. We support emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness wherever you are.
First, we slow down and create safety. Next, we use evidence‑based therapy with somatic tools and, when it fits your values, spiritual integration. In addition, we focus on skills you can use between sessions so change can last.
I work with people navigating trauma, recovery from eating disorders or substance use, anxiety, life transitions, and questions about meaning. For families and partners who want steadier connection, we build clear, kind ways to relate.
Together, we set goals that feel real and doable. For example, you might practice a brief grounding exercise, then reflect on a pattern that keeps you stuck. Over time, these small steps add up to more ease and resilience.
I live it, I connect through it, and I serve with it. In practice, you get space to show up as your full self, even if life feels messy or unsure. As a result, you learn to find safety in the present moment, clarity through compassion, and strength through softness. If you’re here reading this, you’ve already begun something brave. Take your time. We are here when you are ready.
With love,
Hanan

At The Virtual Healing Collective, every testimonial is more than a kind word it’s a reflection of the courage and growth we witness every day. We honor these voices because:
We care deeply about every individual who walks through our doors.
We celebrate every step forward, no matter how small.
We believe healing is a shared journey, and hearing others’ stories can bring hope and clarity to those still deciding if they’re ready.
These words remind us of the power of compassion, connection, and consistent support. They guide our mission and inspire others to take the first brave step toward recovery.
Healing is not linear. Every story shared is a testament to courage, growth, and the sacredness of human connection.
If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, we’re here to walk alongside you.
Whether you’re feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, hopeful, or simply curious reaching out is a powerful first step.
We’re here to listen, guide, and support you in finding the care that feels right for you.
Let’s create space for healing, growth, and deeper connection together.
Hanan is truly one of a kind. I have had several consultations with her as an AMFT and her professional experience is remarkable. She is very compassionate, wise, and opens your eyes to new perspectives so gently. I love that she uses narrative therapy as her base and I learn so much from her every time I speak with her. I highly recommend her as a therapist and supervisor. She is a beautiful and genuine human being!
